Hanson Super Trac Silo Unloader

  • Built with 9 and 11 foot drive rings, full 3-CABLE suspension and standard 3-28 Turbo Blower
  • Can be hung under any brand Hexapod
  • 2 aggressive augers in frozen conditions
  • Available with the High Lift drop arms to get the unloader higher into the hexapod when filling
  • Sizes range from 16' to 30'
  • The Hanson Enduro 28" Blower features 1 3/8" Adjustable Pillow Block Bearings for allowing easy adjustment for the tip clearance
  • Large cast iron paddles
  • Adjustable drive clutch to prevent damage if there is a sudden forward/reverse directional change
      

Hanson Posi Trac Ring Drive Silo Unloader

  • Equipped with a 6-foot heavy duty drive ring, heavy channel frame and dual augers
  • The Posi-Trac provides smooth, positive unloading day in and day out
  • The Hanson Enduro 28" Blower features 1 3/8" Adjustable Pillow Block Bearings for allowing easy adjustment for the tip clearance, large cast iron paddles
  • 28" diameter housing for maximum blowing capacity
  • 1/4" AR Plate backwrapper and removable top cover
  • Each blower paddle is attached by a large 1" hardened pin.
  • 24" Turbo Blower uses a stainless steel backwrap
  • A 1 3/8" shaft with high quality flange bearings
  • Differential-Drive Transmission Gears are made of a special manganese bronze for long-lasting, dependable performance to handle frozen, hard-packed silage
      

Hanson Radial II Center Drive Silo Unloader

  • The Radial II Center Drive's unique center drive unit features a precision and case hardened differential chain
  • Special alloy helps give the chain over a 20,000# tensile strength, resulting in longer chain life
  • Also features an adjustable torque limiter to protect the unloader in difficult silage conditions

Hanson Twin Trac Surface Drive Silo Unloader

  • It's simple, clean design is propelled by two heavy, cast drive hubs
  • The dual augers rotate in opposite directions to quickly chop silage for fast, efficient unloading in all silo conditions
  • Differential-Drive Transmission Gears are made of a special manganese bronze for long-lasting, dependable performance to handle frozen, hard-packed silage
  • Tapered roller bearings on all shaft
  • 24" Turbo Blower uses a stainless steel backwrap
  • A 1 3/8" shaft with high quality flange bearings
  • The unloader is easily converted from feeding to filling mode
