AgriVal Supercart Feed Cart

The Supercart controls are designed for ease of operation. A hose has been added to the gas reservoir for easy and safe fueling. The engine guard is designed to prevent silage or gas from spilling on engine and muffler. AgriVal motorized feed carts are equipped with rugged, easy-start HONDA engines as standard equipment. The Supercart features a bolted floor for ease of replacement.

Both V-belts are extremely easy to replace. AgriVal’s design of pulleys and tighteners allows for smooth belt operation without the bending and twisting that damage belt fibers. Steering cable is easy to adjust. Auger discharge models feature a replaceable plastic lined auger trough.

The rear wheels are mounted directly to the hydraulic motors. Both motors are driven by a powerful hydrostatic pump, eliminating high maintenance items such as the differentials, roller chains and sprockets. This design features fewer moving parts than other comparable machines.

All drive components have a full three year limited warranty with the exception of the gas motor, which is subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Side access doors are hinge-mounted to simplify service. Outer auger drive bearing plate is bolted for easier access to inner bearing.

Both apron and discharge conveyor are made with heavy #662 pintle chain for longer life and smooth operation. Apron features heavy u-shaped steel slats for strength and durability.

Both beaters are completely redesigned to be more aggressive in all types of silage. Feed baffle above beaters is adjustable for different types of silage.

AgriVal Round Bale Feed Cart

The round bale feed cart from AgriVal simplifies distribution of silage and dry hay. A winch equipped with two cables linked up to a set of telescopic arms safely loads the bale on the wagon (no ramp needed).

A silage bale of 48”x48” (122 cmx122cm) can be distributed in a surprisingly short period of time and without any effort. Removable chain guards cover both apron chains offering increased security. Extra strong paddles slide on two large nylon belts for superior durability.

A powerful hydraulic system drives the winch and apron chain. A 1 1/4” shaft located on the front of the wagon is used to drive the apron chain.

Automatic tightener provide constant tension of both apron chain.
